What if I need to cancel my trip?
You can cancel your trip at any time through your dashboard. Refund amounts depend on each supplier's cancellation policy. See our Terms of Service for full details.
When will I receive my travel package?
Your sealed travel package ships 5–7 days before departure. A digital fallback is available if the physical package is delayed.
Can I find out my destination early?
The destination is revealed according to your chosen reveal style. The surprise is central to the experience, so we keep everything sealed until the right moment.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers. Buy now, pay later options are also available through Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay.
