Wander Blind ("Service") is a travel planning platform that creates personalized surprise vacations. Users provide preferences and a budget through an AI-powered conversation, and we handle all booking logistics including flights, accommodations, activities, and ground transportation. The specific destination remains undisclosed until the traveler receives their sealed travel package.

2. Mystery Nature Agreement

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that the travel destination will not be revealed to you in advance. All planning, booking, and logistics are handled by the Wander Blind team based on your stated preferences, travel history, and budget. You agree to trust the process and understand that the surprise element is central to the service offering.

We will provide you with a packing guide, weather expectations, and necessary travel documentation requirements without revealing the destination.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by booking component. Before payment, you will receive a transparent breakdown showing which elements of your trip are refundable and which are non-refundable. Generally:

  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus non-refundable supplier deposits
  • 15-29 days before departure: Partial refund based on supplier cancellation terms
  • 14 days or less: Refund limited to refundable components only

Exact amounts depend on supplier policies for each booking component and will be provided at the time of purchase.

4. Liability

Wander Blind acts as a travel planning service and booking intermediary. While we vet all destinations for safety, quality, and suitability, we are not liable for third-party service provider failures, natural events, government actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We monitor travel advisories and will proactively contact you if conditions change at your planned destination. In such cases, we will offer re-routing, rescheduling, or refund options.

5. Privacy

Your personal information, travel preferences, and conversation data are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of planning your vacation. Destination details are encrypted and access-controlled to maintain the surprise. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your travel bookings.

6. Eligibility
